Navigating through life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and when such feelings are left unattended to, we can find ourselves struggling with a variety of destructive emotions.
In life, we hold multiple diverse roles. Within our roles, we face the pressure from society, our culture, our family, our friends and mostly ourselves, to live them all and live them well.
As women, we face complex challenges unique to the multiple roles that we hold in our lives. We are daughters, girlfriends, wives, mothers, friends, grandmothers, professionals-and simply women in culture. Women are often the center and the glue of a family or a work project and the source of nurturing to children. Wrapped up in everyday responsibilities, it’s easy to loose parts of yourself and overlook the warning signs of depression and anxiety, finding yourself feeling stuck, disconnected and out of sorts.
Men in society, are often under pressure to be emotionally strong, successful, in control and not show their emotions or vulnerability, thus often finding themselves feeling withdrawn, stressed, angry and isolated.
Suppressing feelings and not working through psychological issues, can culminate into a host of destructive emotions and behaviors. If you are holding onto past hurts, feelings of anger, worry, frustration, sadness, shame, loneliness, overwhelming stress; therapy can help. If you are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety, negative thinking or feel gridlocked by current or past emotional trauma, you don’t have to work through it alone.

We create the space you need to move forward, while gaining new positive insight about yourself while learning new coping strategies. My goal is to help you move through life’s challenges with greater ease towards a place of well-being and inner peace.
Depending on your needs, I draw upon various therapeutic techniques. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-CBT, Lifespan Integration Therapy-LI, Comprehensive Energy Psychology Therapy-CEP, CIMBS, Mindfulness and Self Compassion teachings and Flower Essence Therapy to gently bring resolution to what is keeping you stuck in the symptoms of depression and anxiety.
We all possess inside of us our own unique light+magic. We just need to give ourselves permission to let our light+magic blossom.
